"I'm based in New Zealand and have spent the last 10 years coaching with national track teams specialising in Team Pursuit and bunch racing and road - I have had the privilege of coaching the New Zealand Men's team at world championships and more recently the Canadian Women's Team at the Tokyo Olympics."

More about Matt

I enjoy the challenges of problem solving associated with training and race tactics, this led me to furthering my education with a masters in exercise physiology to ensure I can understand the interactions and responses between the body and training/life stressors to help an athlete become the best version of themselves.

I I enjoy working with people from all walks of life and the reward for me is seeing an athlete achieve something they have set out to do or didn't think they could achieve.

I believe the path to success is varied and individual, each plan needs to be tailored for the individual - happy athletes are fast and healthy athletes
