"Since I was born, cycling was never far off. Growing up, watching the Tour De France with my dad, going on a holiday in France and cheering for the World Champion Johan Museeuw… I come from a family with 5 children, we all felt the same love for cycling and all became cyclists in youth categories."

More about Ken

At the age of 19 I lost some motivation and stopped cycling as U23. 3 years later, I joined my younger brother back in training, and a few months after restarted racing. The highlight of my personal achievements in cycling is winning Gent Wevelgem U23 in 2008, with my brother being 2nd.

In 2010 I stopped racing, but kept on supporting my brother Sep who became a professional rider. The next 6 years I didn’t miss a single training ride with him, and had 24-28,000 km/year. When I joined Team EF Education-EasyPost in 2017, all my focus was channeled into helping others go as fast as possible.
