Colby Pearce
Colby began racing in Colorado at the age of 15, inspired by an international stage race just blocks from his home. Nearly 40 years later he has raced road, mountain, gravel, cyclocross and track bikes on five continents including 15 years as a professional, a US Elite and Masters World Hour Record, and one Olympic Games. His coaching journey started in 2005, when he helped Jonathan Vaughters start a team for young riders which grew and developed over years into the EF Pro Cycling team. Now a Coaching Director at Team EF Coaching since the inception of the program, his goal is simple: to place the rider at the center of the process and empower them to reach their potential.
