Now in its fourth edition, the Team EF Coaching Pro Team Training Camp has become a go-to week for ambitious cyclists looking to train and recover like the pros, with the pros. The camp overlaps with EF Education-EasyPost and EF Education-Oatly's pre-season training camp - offering an unprecedented chance to train, eat, and recover alongside some of the world’s best riders.

New for 2025, this year’s experience also includes lab-grade testing using MedCart diagnostics and professional bike fitting, giving you deeper insight into your performance and the tools to optimize it.

This isn’t just a cycling camp - it’s a professional-level training experience. For part of the week, you’ll share roads, meals, and conversations with EF Pro Cycling WorldTour athletes and staff, giving you a rare look behind the curtain of elite cycling.

Every detail mirrors what the pros get: structured training, ride support, recovery protocols, and this year, MedCart-based physiological testing and in-depth bike fitting performed by staff of the EF Pro Cycling sport science team.

For years, Catalunya has been a home base for WorldTour teams and pro riders alike, offering unrivaled access to diverse training routes and ideal year-round weather - typically ranging from 13°C in winter to 30°C in summer. It’s also the site of the EF Pro Cycling Service Course, placing you at the heart of professional cycling operations.

Conveniently located just an hour from Barcelona’s international airport, Girona combines world-class cycling with rich history and culture. Off the bike, explore the region’s unique heritage and vibrant local life - making your camp experience as rewarding off-road as on.

Welcome & Settle In

Arrival day. Please plan to reach the hotel in time for a pre-dinner welcome and team introduction.

    If you arrive early, join us for a relaxed afternoon spin to loosen the legs.

Rolling Into Rhythm

     Approx. 3 hrs / 90km. Two-up riding with one short effort and two ~10km pace line sections (not race pace). We’ll also roll past the Service Course to get oriented.

     Approx. 4 hrs / 120km. Ride focus to be confirmed based on conditions and group feel.

  • Group A – Metabolic Testing & Bike Fit
     Testing sessions take place throughout the day. Riders will cycle to and from the Service Course.
    Note: Group A does not participate in the group ride on this day.

Pricing

Our experience starts from $8,950 USD per person for solo occupancy of a room and varies depending only on any extras you may have booked. Additional non-riding guests can join for $2,950 USD.

Colby Pearce
Colby has been all in on cycling since his first race in 1988. Racing road, mountain bike, cyclocross, track and gravel, he has earned 14 US national championships, was a member of the 2004 US Olympic team, and raced as a professional for 15 years. He transforms years of hard earned lessons into practical education for the athletes and coaches of Team EF Coaching, guiding athletes to fulfill their dreams. A former US Hour Record holder, Colby’s approach to coaching is methodical and distinctly human: his goal is to put you at the center of your coaching journey as a unique individual.
Nicki Sorensen
Nicki is one of Denmark’s most successful pro cyclists with a career spanning 15 years, four national championship victories and stage wins at both the Tour de France and Vuelta Espana. Following his retirement from riding he became a sports director for teams including Tinkoff-Saxo and Israel Cycling Academy and is now one of our most popular coaches.
