I am a strength training coach with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation. My background is in physical therapy, exercise rehabilitation, and strength training.

As a teenager, I had a significant knee injury that set me on my path to helping others. That injury inspired me to deliver physical therapy and help others achieve their performance-related goals in a variety of environments. Since then, I’ve worked within professional cricket and football in the UK, worked to treat chronic pain in Australia, and now I have my own studio with two colleagues in London.
I have learned from a wide variety of approaches and techniques to improve performance, reduce injury, and rehabilitate from pain. I know from experience that our bodies are infinitely resilient and that we always have the capacity to be fitter, stronger, and healthier. My goal is to help you realize that, too.
